At Vivienne Westwood Fashion Show in Hong Kong

Why do you think celebrities are often invited in top label fashion shows? Because they can be a walking advertisement of the brand. In Hollywood, some top supermodels and A-List celebrities are being paid just to show up in the event. And why not? These people have a power to set a trend in fashion. So when Park Min Young paraded that green checkered jacket by Vivienne Westwood at Incheon airport on Jan 16, 2014, I'm sure a message was sent to Korean fashion world. Vivienne Westwood is known for her punk design, but Park Min Young made that jacket look so casually elegant and sophisticated. The fashion show was held at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. Park Min Young was invited as guest, together with other Chinese celebrities such as Jennifer Tse, Amanda Lee, Elanne Kong and Chun Wu.

"In the F Gallery" ribbon cutting

Park Min Young attended the opening of a new clothes shop in downtown Seoul "In the F Gallery" on Dec 13, 2013. Actor Kim Woo Bin was also one of the special guests to do the ribbon cutting. Despite being inactive in entertainment business for a while, Minyoung is still a favorite fashion endorser.

Anya Cosmetics Anniversary in Hangzhou, China

Anya Cosmetics received an award for their Snail Cream, the product line that was endorsed by Park Min Young in 2012. On Nov 18, 2013, as Anya celebrated their 10th anniversary, Park Min Young was invited once again in China not only to grace the event, but also to let her fans see her in person. Here are some photos from Anya Weibo website and those taken by loyal fans who followed her from the airport all the way to the event venue. A fan meeting and local media interview was also arranged. Is it just me or is it Park Min Young is really glowing and looking so refreshing beautiful as always?

She may be out of entertainment industry circulation for a while but the lovely Park Min Young proved she's very much IN in fashion. Wearing a plain black outfit with matching red nail polish, this girl really knows what elegance means.
